Chris Christie appeared on Bloomberg TV on September 21. He discussed the issues facing NJ.  He discussed the states pension funds, education, and the trans-Hudson express $9 billion railroad tunnel.  He says that the projected is projected to go $2 billion over budget and NJ cannot afford to foot the bill. He repeated something you rarely if ever hear from a politician “I can only spend what I have.”
